Target/Varmint Application

Tactical riflescopes are U.S. Optics specialty, however we make a number of scopes that are useful for target/varmint applications. The same durability and performance that works for the Military, is also useful to target/varmint shooters. The added size and weight of a USO scope is not as much of a handicap as it is to a hunter.

Scopes to consider:

SN-4 1-4x is generally used for off-hand shooting at close range. It is a popular target scope for M1As and AR15s. The FOV@1x is 116ft@100 yards. You will see your hand holding up the barrel shroud. Nothing sneaks up on this scope. A 22mm objective and 22mm eyepiece means a 22mm exit pupil at 1x, which is almost red-dot country. At 4x you can take precise shots out to 400 yards. Unlike most short scopes, the SN4 has diopter adjustment, excellent resolution, functional .625MOA/clk knobs, reticle choices, and is virtually indestructible.

SN-3 1.8-10x is also popular for target shooting.
At 1.8x your FOV is 56ft@100 yards, which is very useful for observation. At 10x you can take very precise shots. The SN3 has diopter adjustment, excellent resolution, MOA and Milliradian knob choices, reticle choices, objective choices, and is virtually indestructible.

SN-3 3.2-17x works very well as a medium to long range hunting or varmint scope. The high resolution, excellent low-light performance, and wide zoom range provides excellent results. At 3.2x your FOV is 36ft@100 yards, which is very useful for observation. At 17x you can take very precise shots, or extended distance shots. We have 44mm, and 58mm AO and 44mm side focus objectives available (37mm coming soon!). The SN3 has diopter adjustment, excellent resolution, many MOA and Milliradian knob choices and reticle choices, objective choices, and virtually indestructible.

SN-3 3.8-22x is a very popular varmint scope. The extremely high resolution, excellent low-light performance, and wide zoom range provides ultimate all around results. At 3.8x your FOV is 32ft@100 yards which is very useful for observation and close targets. At 22x you can take very precise long distance shots. You have a choice between 44mm, and 58mm adjustable objectives. The SN3 has diopter adjustment, excellent resolution, MOA and Milliradian knob choices, many reticle choices, objective choices, and is virtually indestructible.

SN-3 5-25x TPAL is the side focus version of the SN-3 3.8-22x system. When we engineered the side focus it added a little more power so we renamed the scope the SN-3 5-25x TPAL. It comes standard with a 58mm objective only.
It has less elevation adjustment than the SN-3 3.8-22x and is mostly used in 100-1000 yards applications where a side focus system is desired.
